Shipping & Returns/ Exchanges
All orders are shipped through the USPS, unless otherwise noted. We will provide all tracking information that is assigned to your order from USPS through email. Please keep in mind that we cannot control the delivery service after it leaves our facility, but we will do everything in our power to make sure your items are delivered in a timely manner through communication with the mail provider.
After your order is placed you should receive shipping confirmation and tracking within the week of purchase. If the product listing states otherwise, in which case the item is made to order, follow the time frame within the product page. ReturnsPlease email email@example.com if you need to return an item. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
